Thomas Dunstan a.k.a Automaton is the prodigal love child of 2 major UK soundsystems. The infamous hip hop event 'Scratch Club', and the fabled electronic music event 'Earko'.

Both promoter and resident DJ, these legendary events have seen him perform alongside John Peel, {Public Enemy, Aphex Twin, Qbert, Luke Vibert, Plaid, Foreign Beggars, Gaslamp Killer, Freq Nasty and many more high profile acts from both the Hip Hop and Electronic music genres.

Automaton’s music has been released and sold worldwide by US electro giants Satamile Records, He’s also released on Earko Recordings and through Beta Birmingham collaborating with his long time partner in crime, 3x world DMC champion DJ Switch. Automaton regularly gigs across the UK at clubs and major festivals including Glade, Bloc, Glastonbury and Shambala and on internet radio stations like Glitch.fm, Gaia live and Birmingham based rhubarb radio.
